Missing Noche Buena

Since my dad left this world we no longer have the traditional family Noche Buena at home where everyone gets to sit down and have a helping on the feast on the table.

We have some food to share but its not the same anymore.

I made my dad’s famous Chicken Salad (ack forgot to take a photo)

We had the usual Hamon de Bola and I slided it and fried.

and some Baked Macaroni.

Sad Noche Buena we actually slept it through! Then wake up with gift giving and having visitors over especially my godchildren whom one of them expected a psp gift from me (she wish!) LMAO!

  1. Noche buena here in the Philippines is really always festive. The ham and keso de bola should always present eh? Nice and yummy tradition :)

This is my personal food blog. Any review about a certain restaurant or food is based on my genuine personal opinion and preference and not influenced by anyone in anyway in cash or in kind. You don't have to take my word for it it's just a heads-up on what to expect. Try the restaurant or the food if you like. I don't impose. Bon appetite!
