A Serye At Serye Cafe Filipino

I’m always on the look out for a nice all-Filipino restaurant to dine in because most of the restaurants now are either Chinese, Japanese or Italian.

The first time I tried Serye Cafe Filipino was after a fashion event I attended and it was at their Eastwood City branch.

I was delighted with their very delicious Kalderetang Baka that even if I promised not to eat rice that night I just have to because its always best to eat with rice.

And then there’s this Sinigang na Tiyan ng Bangus

We also had Pancit Bihon

Dumplings (not really a Pinoy dish but a good pica-pica)
and Inihaw na Manok or Chicken Barbeque

The food was great and so when the family went for a weekend lunch out I just have to suggest that we go to Serye Cafe Filipino and we did this time at the Quezon Memorial Circle Branch

The Boneless Crispy Pata was the bomb, I now have an alternative to the Max Fried Chicken Crispy Pata!

The Serye Iced Tea is also good, not your usual iced tea.

Serye Cafe Filipino is a nice place to take your foreign friends to dine out when they visit the country as they serve authentic Filipino dish. Its also a nice place to hold small gatherings like baby announcements, thanksgiving and the like.
