Personally, I think its embarrassing to still have pimple breakouts at my age. But since I eat oily, salty foods, two major food sources that causes acne, its unavoidable.

I can use all the topical acne treatment in the market today but if I continue eating unhealthy foods and don’t exercise its very likely that I will have breakouts any time.
